2021 INDOOR VENUE – HEALTH, SAFETY & COVID-19 INFORMATION

The Blue Note Napa Club looks forward to sharing the live show experience with you again. The health and safety of attendees, performers, and employees is our number one priority in bringing live music back. Committed to this priority, all persons in venue will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated (i.e., 2 weeks + have passed since the attendee has received a single-dose vaccine or the 2nd dose in a two-dose series) OR a negative COVID-19 test administered within 48 hours of the event date to gain entry.
Fan Agreement prior to ticket purchase
In accordance with California’s current guidelines, BNNV LLC and its affiliated partners and companies are requiring fans to agree to the following terms prior to ticket purchases and event entry:
By purchasing tickets, you confirm that at the time of the event you will either have been fully vaccinated or received a negative COVID-19 test administered within 48 hours from the time of entry to the venue. You also agree that if you are not fully vaccinated you will receive a negative COVID-19 test 48 hours from venue entry and per State guidelines you wear a mask for the duration of the event. You expressly agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, regulations, and the rules of BNNV, LLC and its affiliated companies when attending our event. Please note that these requirements will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed to enter the event.
If you are over the age of 2 years old, we will accept one of the following, along with a government issued photo ID with name matching, for venue entry:
- Ages 12+ CDC Vaccination Card w/ Photo ID matching name on card (if a minor, then legal guardian’s photo ID)
- CA Digital Vaccine Card
- Proof of a Negative COVID-19 Test administered within 48 hours from the time of entry to the venue
WE WILL ACCEPT the following forms of Negative COVID-19 test proof:
- Test results from a lab with confirmation of results, including date, time and name matching the ID of the ticket holder
- The Ellume home test or a home test that works with an app which supplies verifiable results, with name, date and time
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT the following forms of Negative COVID-19 test proof:
- Binax at-home tests
- At home tests with no digital verification of results displaying name, date and time
- Rapid tests brought to the venue to be performed on-site
- Antibody tests
Masks*
Masks are required for all indoor spaces. If you are actively eating or drinking, they can be pulled down, but then put back up.
No Indoor Smoking or Vaping allowed
COVID-19 Warning
While the venue will be adhering and following the state and local government guidelines to ensure your safety, we ask that you do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.
Additionally, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending, you assume all risks, hazards, and exposures, including COVID-19 or any other communicable disease arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19, or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against BNNV, LLC and its partners or affiliated companies. By visiting the Blue Note Napa, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
We encourage everyone to sign up for CA Notify as an added layer of protection for themselves and the community to receive alerts when they have been in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19.We also encourage you to get vaccinated if you have not already!
